Olympic Lifting On-Ramp: (9 one-on-one sessions)
Just like the CrossFit On-Ramp, the program consists of training sessions designed to introduce you to the foundations of Olympic Weightlifting. This On-Ramp is popular with those who have a basic or even good CrossFit background but are looking to dig deeper into the Olympic Lifts for a much more than basic understanding. The aim of this program is to provide an athlete with self evaluation tools for continued growth. This program is open to both members and non-members.
