CrossFit 941 – CrossFit

Text Week:
You have 7 days (Monday – Sunday) to complete the following 4 testing clusters. You must test in the order they are listed and can only test one cluster a day. Additionally, you cannot break up these clusters to make up your own. They are grouped together and listed in the order they are listed for a reason. You may exclude a lift if you’re not comfortable testing it.

Classes & Procedures:
The class schedule for this week is the same. However, testing may overlap between classes giving each day the feel of open gym. You have as long as you need to complete each day’s cluster. You are also encouraged to come early and stay after to support each other. Just make sure you’re not in the way because when we have done this in the past, the gym has been packed.

If you’re new to CrossFit or don’t want to test one or any of the listed movements, you will spend your class time working on technique. The gym will be sectioned off into two sections, those testing and those working on technique. Please please please don’t make this harder than it needs to be. For us to keep track of what’s going on and to give each person the attention needed, we need everyone to be where they’re supposed to be.

There will not be any Metcons this week. You will either be doing 1RM testing or working on technique. We are long past due for testing and everyone can benefit for technique work.

Put whether it was a Split Jerk or Power Jerk in the notes section
